1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website sitaray.net (the “Website”) operated by Sitaray (“Sitaray”, “we”, “us” or “our”), an autism and special needs centre based in G-13, Islamabad, Pakistan.

By accessing or using the Website, completing a form, registering an account, or otherwise interacting with us through the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information.

2. Who may use the Website

• The Website is intended for parents, caregivers, guardians, professionals and other adults seeking information about our services. It is not intended for use by children.
• By using the Website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement, or that you are using it under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
• If you use the Website on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.

3. The Website and our services

The Website provides general information about Sitaray and the programmes and services we offer, including clinical assessments, applied behaviour analysis (ABA) therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, early intervention, our transition school and preschool, life skills and vocational training, positive behaviour support, shadow teacher support, clinical supervision and professional training, residential accommodation, and telehealth.

Information on the Website is provided for general guidance only. It is not a substitute for a professional assessment, diagnosis, or individualised clinical, medical, educational or therapeutic advice. Any actual service is provided under a separate intake, consent and service arrangement agreed directly with you, not through the Website.

4. Enquiries, consultations and bookings

• Submitting a contact, enquiry or assessment form, or requesting a consultation, is a request for information or services — it does not create a binding agreement and does not guarantee a place, appointment or service.
• A service relationship begins only once we have confirmed it with you and completed our intake and consent process.
• You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when you contact us or register, and to keep it up to date.

5. Accounts

If you create an account on the Website:

• You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account;
• You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account; and
• We may suspend or close accounts that are inactive, or that we reasonably believe have been used in breach of these Terms.

6. No guarantee of outcomes

Every child and client is different, and developmental, behavioural, educational and therapeutic progress varies from person to person. While our team is committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care, we cannot and do not guarantee any particular result, outcome, rate of progress, or improvement from our assessments, therapies, programmes or services. Any examples, testimonials or case descriptions on the Website are illustrative and are not promises of similar results.

7. Not for emergencies or medical advice

The Website is not a crisis or emergency service. If you or someone else is experiencing a medical emergency or is at risk of harm, contact your local emergency services or a qualified medical professional immediately. Content on the Website does not replace advice from your doctor or another qualified health professional, and you should not delay seeking professional advice because of something you have read here.

8. Workshops, training and certification

We offer workshops and professional training, including supervision and courses related to RBT, IBT and IBA pathways. Where a credential is awarded by an external body — such as the International Behaviour Analyst Organization (IBAO) or the Behaviour Analyst Certification Board (BACB) — certification is granted by that body in accordance with its own eligibility, examination and ethics requirements, which may change. Attending a workshop or training programme with Sitaray does not by itself guarantee certification, registration or any professional qualification.

9. Fees and payments

• Fees for assessments, therapy, programmes, accommodation, workshops and other services are agreed with you directly and are payable as set out in your service arrangement.
• Unless stated otherwise, fees, schedules and any cancellation or rescheduling arrangements are confirmed offline as part of your intake or enrolment, not through the Website.
• We may update our fees from time to time; any change will be communicated to you in advance of services it affects.

10. Telehealth and online services

Where we provide telehealth or online support, you are responsible for having a suitable device, internet connection and a private, appropriate environment for sessions. Online delivery depends on third-party platforms and connectivity, which we do not control, and may occasionally be affected by technical issues. Telehealth may not be suitable for every situation; we will let you know if an in-person service would be more appropriate.

11. Acceptable use

When using the Website, you agree not to:

• Use it for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose, or in breach of these Terms;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers, or any connected systems;
• Introduce viruses, malware or any harmful code, or interfere with the Website’s operation or security;

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sitaray and its team against any claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable expenses arising from your misuse of the Website or your breach of these Terms.

We may suspend, restrict or withdraw access to the Website (or any part of it), or close an account, at any time and without notice where we reasonably consider it necessary — for example, to protect the Website, our users, or the families we support, or where these Terms have been breached.

19. Changes to these terms and the Website

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology or the law. The current version will always be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date, and your continued use of the Website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms. 20. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.
