Our Approach
At Sitaray, our approach to autism and special needs support in Islamabad is built on a strong evidence base and delivered within the Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) framework. Rather than applying one-size-fits-all programmes, our clinicians design person-centred, individualised plans shaped around each child’s unique strengths, needs and goals. Every decision is guided by data and ongoing clinical assessment, so that therapy evolves as the child grows. Drawing on disciplines including applied behaviour analysis (ABA), speech therapy and occupational therapy, we support each child holistically, with dignity and respect at the heart of all we do. The result is evidence-based, compassionate care that is genuinely effective and empowering for every family we serve.
Our Results
At Sitaray, we make progress visible rather than simply promised. After every month of intervention, our clinicians share detailed progress reports and videos achieved tasks with parents, so families across Islamabad and Rawalpindi can see exactly how their child is developing and celebrate each milestone. This transparency keeps parents informed, involved and confident throughout their child’s therapy journey. The impact shows in meaningful, everyday gains in communication, independence and social confidence, the foundations of long-term growth. Most importantly, our early intervention and behaviour support programmes deliver life-changing outcomes: since our inception, Sitaray has successfully mainstreamed more than forty children with autism through our Transition school at Sitaray, Islamabad.
