Clinical Supervision
Our Clinical Supervision team is led by Dr. Adnan Khan who provides supervision for Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA's) candidates, Certified Behaviour Analysts (CBA's), Registered Behaviour Technician (RBT's), International Behaviour Analyst (IBA) candidates and International Behaviour Therapists (IBT's).
Clinical Supervision At Sitaray, Islamabad
Sitaray provides clinical supervision for therapists, psychologists, speech pathologists and occupational therapists. Our Supervision team includes a range of experienced clinical supervisors who can mentor therapists who have recently graduated and require supervision and guidance.

Feedback & Guidance
Feedback is provided throughout the supervision process to help improve supervise competencies. Key aspects of feedback and guidance relate to intervention, skill building, data entry and adherence to ethical guidelines.
Professional Development
Supervisees are encouraged to develop a professional development plan with their supervisor which ensures that therapists stay on target with respect to their professional development goals.
Wellbeing support
Therapists are encouraged to discuss challenging cases, ethical dilemmas, issues around clients and their families and any personal emotional stressors during supervision that may hinder intervention with clients.
